My Grandparents

My grandparents from Italy arrived last week and we have having so much fun with them! It is so nice having them here. I've always watched my grandmother cook but this time I'm taking detailed notes on EVERYTHING, including her homemade spaghetti sauce! Yummy :) We've also been busy sewing valances for my kitchen windows. My grandparents are the greatest people and I love them dearly. I'm going to be so sad when they leave.

My Dear Friend

This weekend was so wonderful! We drove to Louisville, KY to visit my dear friend Andrea from CA who was visiting family in Louisville. I was so happy to see her and spend to spend such a beautiful day with her. We spent most of the afternoon at a really nice Park along the Lake in Louisville and had a picnic. Her Stepmother was so nice and prepared a great picnic for us. Thank you Andrea for such a wonderful day, I miss you already. I love you girl!
