Get Well Card
Parker's sweet friend, Trevor, made Parker a Get Well card and dropped it off this afternoon. It really cheered Parker up!

The life of a thirteen year old ...
These days, if I want a picture of Jaz, I have a better chance at just swiping one from her phone camera or Facebook page than I do of snapping one myself! HA!! So that is just what I did for this post ...

Parker Foley, President of the United States
Parker decided he wants to be President when he grows up.
When practicing for his speech, he asked if I could live with him when he moves into the White House! My heart melted right then!
I LOVE this boy!!

A day with the boys ... and Thomas! v.2
The boys and I headed down to the Nashville train station this afternoon for the "Day Out With Thomas" event. We took Jaz and Parker to this back in 2008 and it was so much fun! It is definitely every little boys dream and only comes once a year, so we decided to take the boys and to let Easton experience his first train ride on THOMAS himself! When we got there everything was exactly the same as it was 3 years ago and so many memories of Parker at 2 1/2 years old came rushing back, especially watching him show Easton around! Even the goats in the petting zoo were the same! I need to put together some comparison pics of 3 yrs ago and now for the full effect .. will do that soon! But for now, here is a link to the post from 3 years ago ... Thomas v.1 ..
And now onto some pictures ...
Notice Easton crying in this next picture? Trust me, he was SUPER excited to be there, he just HATES having to pose for pictures. Really you would think we were torturing the poor guy! ...

When Easton first saw Sir Topham Hatt from afar, he got really excited and his face lit up! He was squealing in delight! He definitely recognized him from the show and even starting clapping his hands. I thought he would get a kick out of getting to see Sir Topham Hatt up close. Boy was I wrong ...
Waiting in line for the train ride, tickets in hand ...

Did I mention how much he HATES having to stand still for a picture? ...
All Aboard!

Maybe one day Easton will accept a bribe for a picture. He certainly wouldn't today! HA! ...
