First Veggies
Last night we fed Easton his first vegetable!
Just like Jaz & Parker's 1st veggie, we gave Easton Greenbeans ...
At first he opened wide expecting his baby cereal but once his taste buds realized it wasn't baby cereal the look on his face turned from this ...
to this ...
and this ...
and then after a few bites there seemed to be a glimmer of hope that maybe he was getting used to them ....
until he gagged ...
So tonight we tried the greenbeans again for the second time ...
and he did MUCH better!
In fact, he grabbed the spoon from me for the first time in attempts to feed himself!

Parker decided his playhouse needed a good sweeping!Parker & Barney
Parker caught a caterpillar today and with the help of Daddy, named it Barney
Parker LOVES caterpillars! He was so cute with it and carried him around while he played outside. He talked so sweetly to Barney and was very sad when it was time to let him go. He eventually took comfort in knowing that just like in the book "The Very Hungry Caterpillar", Barney had to make a cocoon in preparation of becoming a beautiful butterfly!

First 2 teefers!
This little boy ....
woke up with not 1, but 2 bottom teeth!
Poor little guy has been teething for quite some time now. He didn't really want me to take a picture of his 2 little teeth, can you tell ....

Sleepy E and big Sis
This was just one of those everyday moments that you hope to never forget. We were hanging out in Jaz's room and Easton had just woken up from his nap so he was still sleepy and super cuddly! Jaz was holding him and the way he was holding onto her was just priceless! He was being entertained by Parker ... that's who he is staring at.
Seems like just yesterday she was holding Parker like this! Actually it seems like just yesterday I was holding her like that!

Our new playhouse!
We (or I guess I should say Parker) got a new playhouse for a really great deal today! It was a unexpected surprise for Parker when I picked him up from school. He was so excited and couldn't wait for Daddy to come home from work so that they could put it together! Once Daddy was home and ready to go, Parker wasted no time and got right to work on assembling the playhouse! 
No time could be wasted ... not even to go into the house to use the bathroom! 
How fun is this?!?! Parker especially likes the mailbox and the tool area!

Thumb Sucker
Look who has just discovered and started sucking his thumb!
It's always his left hand too.
He just started doing it on his own and out of the blue.
He doesn't do it all the time, just every so often.
I think it's so cute ...
even though I know it won't be that cute if he makes this a long time habit.
But for now, I think it's the sweetest thing EVER!
