Back to School

Today is Jazmyne's 1st Day of 4th Grade! Every year on the first day of school I take some pictures of her in front of our house. It's a tradition I started so that when she graduates from highschool I will have an album of each first day of school. This year she wasn't too thrilled about mommy getting all sentimental on her. What can I say, she's growing up!

Family Day

We had a really nice family day today. The weather was beautiful! We took a drive down to Franklin to pick up a Fisher Price Laugh & Learn House for Parker that we found on Craigslist. He LOVES this toy and we should have got him one a lot sooner! We then stopped for lunch at Amerigos and it was so delicious! When we got home it was time for something I have been dreading for a while .... Parker's 1st haircut! He desperately needed one and I knew this but for some reason it was very emotional for me. Maybe because it is yet another reminder that my baby is growing up! Later on we went to Jaz's school and they had posted the class lists so she was able to find out whose class she is in. Tomorrow is her first day of 4th grade! Alot of firsts going on in the Foley household!

Time for a haircut?

I think it may be time for Parker's 1st haircut :( We have been putting it off and it looked so cute there for a while but now it's all over the place, especially when he first wakes up!

This is one of many hiding spots that Parker has recently discovered! I'm going to need to start walking around the house with my camera strapped to me and ready to go because this little guy does the cutest things from the time he wakes up to the time he goes to bed!

The Davis Family

My dear friends Susan and Jamie, along with their daughter Amber wanted some family pictures taken so we headed over to the Greenway in Murfreesboro. Susan is 7 months pregnant! The Davis family (as well as I) are anxiously awaiting for baby Mayla to make her entrance into the world (Sept/Oct). I love you guys and hope you enjoy your pictures!

Parker's Animals

Parker's new favorite thing to do is to line up all of his Little People Animals. They all have to be standing upright or he gets frustrated and will sit there until they are all standing upright. The other day we walked into the sitting room and he had moved them from the ground onto the chair. Notice how the elephant has fallen over? Well he stayed there until the Elephant was upright too!
