Better days

This poor guy has definitely seen better days.  He feels just like he looks.  Bronchitis is no good!

Hugo

It was Parker's weekend to bring home Hugo, the Kindergarten class bear.  It was Parker's duty to take good care of Hugo for the weekend and to document their time together.  Parker took his job very seriously and loved on Hugo all weekend.  Hugo went everywhere that Parker went, and did everything that Parker did.  Parker was very sad when the weekend was over.  It broke my heart when he cried over having to bring Hugo back to school.

Windy

I love how the simplest things amuse Easton.  This morning I saw him looking out the window, amazed by the strong winds.  I let him outside for a few minutes and he loved feeling the wind blow on him.  It was so strong it almost knocked him down a few times!  Here he is trying to "catch" the wind.

What happened to the snow?

This is the first year that I actually bought the kids real snowsuits.  This is also the first year that there has been NO snow to play in!  This is the most snow we have gotten this winter.  What a strange winter it has been across the country!

2 years old and already racking up the credit cards!

When you are downstairs and receive a "Thank you for your purchase" e-mail and you know you didn't just make a purchase, check upstairs.  You just might find the culprit.  Take for instance this little guy. It was just the two of us at home this morning. While I was on the phone, he got hold of his sister's NOOK and helped himself to the Angry Birds App even though we already have all the Angry Birds apps on our iPhone and iPod. I guess he figured sissy's NOOK needed one too.  It isn't uncommon for Easton to confiscate our electronics.  I usually don't worry too much when he has my iPhone because you have to enter a password in order to confirm a purchase.  Apparently Jaz's NOOK wasn't password protected.  Thank goodness he ONLY bought an app.  There are some book sets that are in the $100's!!  I walked upstairs to see Easton laying on Jaz's bed, playing Angry Birds!
