5 ...

5 years ago today I married my best friend.
It seems like just yesterday,
but at the same time a lifetime ago!
It's so odd to think back on my life before
him because it feels like he has always been
a part of it!
I'm so lucky, he is a wonderful husband
and an amazing father.
Happy Anniversary Sean,
I love you!

J's 6th Grade Graduation!

Wow! My "little" girl graduated 6th grade today! I'm speechless! She graduated with all A's and 1 B!!!! I'm so proud of her! After graduation we registered her at her new school for next year ... 7th GRADE, I still can't wrap my brain around that one! *sniff, sniff*

Receiving her diploma from her teacher, Ms. Smith ...

Shaking hands with the principal ...

Jaz and one of her closest friends Tajah ...

Jaz and her "uncle" Evan ...
Us ...
Jaz, Grandma Rita, and Evan ...

Parker helping sissy open her gifts ...

It was so nice that Nono Mario and Noni Silvia are visiting from Italy and were able to share the excitements of J's big day with us!
Nono Mario keeping Parker entertained during the reception ...

Jaz and Uncle Mark ...

Jaz has been very fortunate to have had some amazingly wonderful teachers throughout the years. This year was no exception, Ms. Smith is wonderful! I truly hope Parker is lucky enough to get her as a teacher if she is still there in 6 years!!

Congratulations on a job well done Jazmyne!
I am SO proud of you!!
I love you ... all the way to the moon and back!

Big Boy Bath Seat

It was about time to get Easton a (sitting up) big boy bath seat! I can't believe we went this long using his infant bather. It's becoming a trend around here ... to start everything late with him ... I call it the "last baby in the family syndrome". Whereas with Jaz and Parker I was always anxious and excited for them to get to "graduate" to bigger things, I'm finding I string everything out until the last possible minute with Easton. What can I say, he'll always be my baby!

He LOVED it! He was mesmerized by the bubbles!

1st Sippy Cup

I finally decided it was time to let Easton try a Sippy Cup! I was surprised when he grabbed it from my hand, grasped the handle and put it right into his mouth! He knew EXACTLY what to do with it as if he were an old pro. He did have a bit of a hard time sucking it to the point where water would come out. He was really amused however by the sound it made when he chewed on the spout. He had so much fun with it and loved slapping it! We call him Slappy McSlapperson because he likes to slap everything when he gets excited!
